CNHS has been actively involved in the new construction of affordable homes with well over 200 homes having been built and sold since the program inception. Through its infill program, CNHS has facilitated the new construction of single-family dwellings, primarily in the North and South Greenwood neighborhoods.  Over the last twenty-eight years, the development of these homes has had a significant impact on these two neighborhoods and has allowed CNHS to expand its work to other similar communities within Pinellas, Pasco and Hillsborough Counties. 

The CNHS Real Estate Development activities are at the corporation’s highest peak in years.  For the past few years, CNHS has being focusing its infill construction efforts on the eight single family residence subdivision in North Greenwood.  The homes range from 1,100 to 1,400 square feet in size.  All the homes have three bedrooms, two baths, and either a one or two car garage. 

In addition to the infill subdivision mentioned above, CNHS continues working on several scattered site infill projects.   Several additional scattered site infill lots have been acquired and will be used to construct affordable single family homes.
